Payment terms
Upon confirmation of your booking we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking price. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. If your booking occurs within this period then 100% of the booking fee is due.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations incur loss of deposit. A cancellation made within 14 days of arrival will incur a loss of 100% of the total booking price.

Refundable Damage Deposit (RDD)
We require a RDD of $200 7 days prior to your stay. Within 3 days of your stay, the property will be inspected. If it has been left in a similar state to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded. Any damage, excessive cleaning requirements or undeclared guests will be subtracted from this amount accordingly.
